Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to site directly and we conduct an on-line check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
Car Maintenance:
Usually, we check the interior or a car whilst starting it up (every 60 days). When warming the engine we check to ensure the tires are inflated, before carrying out a simple car roll to ensure the brakes remain unstuck.
We can also leave the car completely alone upon request allowing you to come directly to site and maintain it personally when you do a 'car swop'.
- Ensure the battery life is maintained by charging / preserving if not used.
- 60-day inspection of car inside and out.
- Provide a soft breathable dust cover.
- 60-day engine warm up and car roll to help prevent flat spotting, increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
- 60-day regulation warm up of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components which are checked and maintained.
- Complimentary Health check & reminders for MOT's.
Knowledgeable staff who are able to maintain vehicles of all types correctly.
The above maintenance is included in your storage agreement.
All Types of Vehicles Can Be Transported:
We use our own fully enclosed and Insured trailer - from £65 Inc Vat including non-runners.
Benefit:
- We collect at a time and place convenient with yourself and deliver the vehicle safely at our site.
- Higher level of communication provided.
- Enclosed trailers are covered by Comprehensive Insurance.
- We don't charge usual transportation rates as this service is provided to client more for convenience.
Of course, you are welcome to obtain your own transport quote.
Collection & Drop-Off:
For long-term Car Storage clients we are happy to provide a free lift.
We can provide a local lift to a home or work-place. Airport concierge service to and from Birmingham & East Midlands airport is possible.Just let us know when you enquire.
Service & Mot:
We can take a stored car for it's Service & Mot should you not have time to complete this yourself. There is a small charge for this service agreed upon request where the vehicle is taken to a place of your choice.
Or, you can choose us to complete any pre-checks prior to MOT or service works at our main workshop.
